2 stars not so much for the location/staff but cruise america in general. I've owned several RV's and am familiar with RV systems. I rented a regular size class C for 5 days. Price was great. My unit had a broken furnace (heater) and there was mice droppings in most of the drawers. The bathroom/shower was not very clean. There was leftover gray/black water in the drain cap for the sewer. I also got a rash during the trip, not sure if there were bedbugs in the RV or not. Can't prove that one. I was threatened with a penalty f... read more

The air conditioner went out it was 119 degrees i was m operable will never rent again
Great experience renting an RV for the weekend! The staff are extremely helpful and they explained everything from contract details to how everything on the RV worked. The RV was very clean when we picked it up and everything worked perfectly. Great experience and I would definitely recommend this business
Great way to take a Covid vacation. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. RV drove straight with no major problems, hanger rod broke in closet.
