This is a late review but we booked this service within 48 hours after a different provider canceled on us in late march. Nicole was extremely responsive and compassionate for our situation. She went above and beyond to secure us a driver Bridget for a large party bus for a bachelor/Bachelorette party last second. Bridget went out of her way to assist us throughout the night and was amazing every step of the way. Cruise A Palooza is an AMAZING company! We hired them for our wedding in Lake Geneva, WI in June. The manager contacted me prior to and after our wedding to go over details or answer questions. On the day of, the driver arrived on time and was SO kind. Our ceremony ran later than expected and he was so helpful to adapt to any changes we needed. Cruise-A-Palooza is awesome!! We booked a party bus through a different company, and they cancelled on us a couple hours before pick-up. I reached out to Cruise-A-Palooza, and Derek was able to book a party bus for us very last minute. Judy was a respectful, safe, and timely driver during our trip.
