They were accommodating to all my phone calls and were on time and punctual. Our driver was very friendly. They offered a split package for weddings. You get 5 hours and if there is a break of time that you dont need the shuttle then you can break the time up into 2 chunks however you like which I liked. We had the shuttle prior to our ceremony for pictures in the park. And again at 10pm for shuttles back and forth to the hotel and added on 1.5 hours to the bar afterwards. We recently used Cruise-A-Palooza for a special event. From the start, their team was professional and focused on customer satisfaction. Our driver, Phil, was phenomenal! The 24 passenger limo bus was clean, stylish, and comfortable. The LED lights and sound system made it feel like a party on wheels! I highly recommend Cruise-A-Palooza & will definitely use their services again in the future.
Tom was so incredibly kind for our group of ladies for a bachelorette party! He checked in to make sure we were doing okay, got us to all of our destinations safe, and all around we had a great time!!!! Would definitely rent again from them.
Phil from Cruise a Palooza is the absolute best. He went above and beyond to make sure my bachelorette party was a huge success - he made sure we were safe and even more so, having the time of our lives. He even took the time to get on his hands and knees to look for a lost earing on the party bus!!! Can't say enough good things about our Phil - I wish everyone was as kind and thoughtful as him. If you’re looking for an amazing party bus experience LOOK NO FURTHER! This bus company is top tier, we had an awesome first time experience, it was easy to communicate with them in a timely manner, they were friendly and understanding about all of our needs, the driver Jack was so kind and made us all feel super comfortable and welcome!
