In 2017 had a umbilical hernia repair. Was told everthing looked fine after surgery when it looked the same as before surgery. 3 months family doctor said need to take care of the umbilical hernia, I said it had been done and was told it doesn't look right go back and have it check. When I went back was told it was dried blood under the skin it will be fine. 6 weeks later I dropped dead from sepsis because the mesh used had went through the hernia opening and became infected. Dr Crudo is a very good surgeon. He has operated on many in my family including myself. Highly recommend him. Best in Mon Valley.
Dr crudo and his staff are the nicest people and we could not ask for a better surgeon he takes his time to explain everything about what is going on
