I called Crucial Plumbing and Heating Ltd. because we needed to replace a leaking toilet and the other plumber we called was stringing us along for a week and never showed. Crucial Plumbing and Heating Ltd. communicated frequently, arrived the next day at the time he said he would arrive, and installed the new toilet. So pleased with his service.
Our water heater stopped working. They were able to come out and look at it the very same day I called. They figured out the problem and gave me to options: to fix or replace. We chose the former. They ordered the part and installed it the following day. They were fast and friendly. I will use them again.
We had an old kitchen sink disposal that was cracked and leaking. I called Fast Response and they were able to come the next morning with a new disposal unit. They installed the new unit and removed the old one for me. It was quick and efficient, took all of less than 20 minutes. Good value for the speed and convenience.
