Messaged Crucial on Facebook. After a few days they got back to me, and were very professional and willing to help me do a few dyno pulls. The gentleman that worked with me at the shop was very polite. He seemed genuinely interested in conversation and he was very helpful with answering questions. I can't wait to go back after making some upgrades.

Had a appointment on September 7 at 12pm I tried to contact him to see if we was still good to go for that day call him called the shop no answer neither was. Horrible customer service. Gave him a 250 dollar deposit and everything. I just pretty much just took it as a lose and went to another tuner. Well never be back there.
