I had such a great experience at Cru Day Spa the other day! They were so helpful and even educated me on all of the services they provide! I received the Cellulite Slimming Treatment, and I could immediately see a huge difference! My legs are so much smoother then they were before, and the best part is, you can even get this treatment every 72 hours! I can’t wait to come back! The spa was very nice and soothing!
I absolutely love this place, the first time I stopped by I was dealing with dryness and few pimples. In less than 30 minutes they were able to see me. The whole process was very relaxing, clean, professional and effective. The results were instant, and noticeable. I had membership at this spa for years, invited other people to come and get memberships. This year I decided to cancel and they gave me so much trouble in doing so. Management and customer service from Cru Day Spa is absolutely HORRIBLE. A new manager by the name of Ayana was the main employee I had an issue with. A previous manager advise me she would take care of my issue and refund me, told me to wait 7 days for it to be refunded and it never was.
