Do not buy from these developers. They cut corners, then close the company so that they are not held liable for building defects then open a new one to build their next project. Rinse and repeat.
Worst company ever. Absolute pack of spuds.
After many calls emails and no dialogue- an article in The Bulletin speaks volumes. Substituted finishes and changed facade amongst my complaints. I personally wouldn’t recommend this developer. I wish they would contact and resolve issues. To date nothing.
