Amazing experience with CRU.
I wish there was a minus rating. I bought a Bentley Molsanne from them. I live in AZ. I was told the car is ready. I took a flight to Houston and upon arrival they told me it wasn't ready due to a suspension shock. They put me in a hotel for the night. The next day it wasn't ready. They told me to take it to Bentely in Scottsdale to fix the issue and that they would pay for it. They called Bentley in Scottsdale and set it up. I left at 5p on Saturday. They closed at 4.
