Dishonorable businessman. After agreeing to install a new walkway and steps for an amount in line with other estimates we had received for the same work, Caesar did not do the job as he had agreed. He said he would not guarantee the work if it was done as we had contracted. He did not order enough pavers causing a delay in completing the work and doubling the time it took He also refused to return to seal the pavers as he had agreed instead demanding an additional 10% to do the sealing.
