Always do a great job. Dropped off screens to get repaired. Told me it would be about a week. Done in 2 days.
BEWARE!! We ordered a shower door from CRT on a newly finished custom bathroom. The crew came in to install the door, but measured incorrectly, the door was hung so low (5' 9") that a slightly taller than average sized man would have to duck to get under the rail it hung on, it was also not level so would not stay fully open or fully closed, rolling along the rail even when not touched. Do not use them we ordered a piece of glass by taking in a sample. We picked it up and was the wrong thickness . The owner said he couldn’t take it back. The salesman was going to give us a refund but the owner wouldn’t let him . Owner said we ordered the wrong size as he remembered it but he wasn’t even in the store at the time. He said get a lawyer . I don’t know how they are still in business especially after reading the other reviews. Use Home Solutions they are professional and offer the same services
"Rudy," who claimed to be the owner, just hung up on me after saying, "Don't ever call this shop again!" He mistakenly credited the amount I owed when I called to pay my invoice yesterday. I just received an alert from my bank showing I was charged double the invoiced amount, so I called back to let him know. He kept cutting me off, and when I suggested he focus on customer service, he said, "The customer isn't always right." So disappointing as the CRT guys who actually do the work have been great.
