Brent and Stephanie and Kay they are Awesome people I feel so welcome here. And plus I feel safe when I get my plasma here. Plus the cash it's better than card.
I would like to say the staff is very professional. The ladies at the front desk very knowledgeable, friendly and team oriented. I want to give a special shout out to Stephanie no matter how busy it maybe she always has a smile on her face and will get job done no matter what very professional and also a people person she get 10 ⭐️ in my books.Kelly, MC and Thomas very professional and is a joy to always see the staff here. I’m a regular person on this plasma center, everyone is super kind, but there is one girl on particular on the first revision (where they check your protein and pression) THAT IS ALWAYS GOSSIPING with her coworker. She even applied to my dad Band-Aid wrong.
Pésima organización, poco personal, y falta de unidades de transporte para el traslado, hay que esperar hasta 3 horas o más para llevarte a la clínica, porque solo anda un chófer, llegas a la clínica y hay que esperar otras 3 horas para entrar a la sala de donación, entras a la sala de donación y mínimos son 2 horas y en lo que esperas que lleguen por ti el próximo transporte se hacen las 9 horas, personalmente no vuelvo ni yo, ni mis recomendados, antes todo funcionaba muy bien, ahí hacen falta cambios.
Website is deceiving. You only get $50 for your first donation. Don’t bother making an appointment. They will still make you wait at least 3 hours. They gave me hard time because my middle name isn’t on my social security card (which has never been an issue at any place I have worked). Ghetto facility with blood splatters on the ground before you walk through the front door. Waste of time. Horrible customer service. Deceptive marketing.
