I've came here multiple times and it's always super packed but the only reason they are packed is because they ONLY have 1-2 ppl working the front and on top of that if they see their own coworkers come in to donate they have them skip everyone before them so they can get in first that is unfair to the people that come in earlier than them They favor their own employees first before anyone else I got skipped by 5 of their own coworkers tbefore getting my vitals checked and when they finally called me for my vitals Waiting to... read more

Está me la negaron (lo cual no me molesta) pero un punto muy grande a mejorar es el tiempo en esa ocasión que no doné salí inmediatamente y ESPERÉ 2horas y media, lo cual fue más frustrante pues ni siquiera done (porque utilizo el transporte de san ysidro) es increíble que tengan este servicio pero el tiempo de espera es absurdo.
