Be aware of this company, they delivered the shipment to my fully renovated unit, damaged the wall, power plug, and wireless pod, they denied the claim and stated the delivery guys did not cause any damage. and they offered $250 as compensation? Delivery staff unprofessional, and can not trust this company at all. I have more delivery coming from structube. If they are going to ship with this company I will cancel my order and buy from somewhere else. Worst service ever.
Heidi the dispatcher sleeps with the afternoon yard lead and nothing gets done. Wouldn’t recommend using them as a transport company.
