Do not recommend to work with them at all! I booked a load with Ryan Adham, he is a scammer not a broker, he sold his load saying it delivers straight thru, and now my truck is sitting there for 3rd day, they never asnwer your emails, and if you call they say they are working on it, and do nothing at all. Better layover your truck and get something else from someone esle, and send your truck empty but do not trust this scammers!!!
Worst company to haul a load for, they have a comdata option to pay for lumper fee but when you call and press the option for comdata, the phone will hang up on you . Why have the option if it’s not working.
One of the worst experiences, driver booked a load with, deadheaded about 200 miles to pick it up when the shipper told him the load was canceled. The broker Stephen Jakse claims they sent an email about an hour before that notifying us the load was canceled. There is no email, no phone call, nothing. When I called them to ask what is going on of course Stephen is busy and nowhere to be found. They couldn't hang up the phone quicker. Really bad business. booked load with Ryan Adham, He send me pick up and delivery address written, asked to send me rate conf, never replied blocked my messages, ignored, even we did the load. very unprofessional broker, pls stay away, I used to worked with CRST in the past, never experience this issue before
