Promises and then doesn't deliver. I hired him to go to my pool to lower the water level for an upcoming hurricane as I was out of town. He said he would, said he was on his way over and then never performed. He stopped returning messages - not something you want in a business you need to be able to trust. I can't recommend CRS of Tampa Bay. Very disappointing.
