I have used CRS Body Shop in Osceola In. several times in the past several years. A couple vehicle crash repairs, and miscellaneous auto stuff like trailer hitch installation. I have been very pleased with their workmanship and professional approach to all aspects of auto and truck collision repair. The best repair shop I have ever used.
CRS did a great job painting my new truck. They turned a "boring" white truck in to a work of art! I was told they were the best in the business, and they certainly lived up to it. Great communication, fast turn around time, and most importantly, they take pride in their work! A big thanks to everyone at CRS !
CRS did an excellent job repairing my Mini Cooper from a deer body slamming into the passenger side door. They are very professional and informative. My car was so clean when I picked it up! I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again, for sure!
Probably by far the best shop in town! The customer service is amazing, they work with my insurance without me even worrying about it. They cleaned my car That I barely recognized it, it was so clean! Unfortunately, had to come back to them about three times in the last two years, but I would not trust anyone else to work on my car. Updated me every bit of the process, and exactly where I was and with the processes on repairing my car. Staff is super friendly. Thank you, thank you thank you!!!!
This place left me with all the warm and fuzzies after they replaced my hood when it got damaged in a storm. The communication between them and the insurance company was seamless and made the process that much easier. Just an amazing experience overall, and to top it all off, they even detailed my car before giving it back. As a mom of little kids, I could’ve cried. Safe to say, they’ve gained a customer for life.
