Ordered tunnel plates on Dec 4 Paid for them then Waited 2weeks then decided to follow up. 3-4 emails, phone callsc talked to a guy a few days ago said he’d call me back, no call back. Pretty bad service mostly from one shop to another. I have a customer that’s not happy and he knows it’s not me but CR. Never again! To bad, I like to support locals Felix

Very disappointed with the situation regarding a Yamaha Nytro purchased two years ago. After finally getting a chance to ride it, the same issue persists that was brought up in January last year. The sled was kept for four months, with $2,000 charged for repairs, and was returned in poor condition. While the replacement of the broken bumper was appreciated, the supposed issue with the fuel pump wasn’t resolved. Very unprofessional owner. I'm an engineer and they emailed regarding a job application that I submitted for a posting. I replied saying I was available for a phone call to discuss it. The guy never responed or reached out at all. Integrity goes a long way in the world but seems to be rare.
