I have had a terrible experience with CR phones. Paid 250 for a new phone screen and it stopped working within a week. It would get pixelated and would shut off randomly which is awful because I work from home. I told the owner about this, and she said there’s no warranty but she would be nice enough to fix it (as if she thought she was doing me a favour).
