Ripped me off of my deposit. Left the premises move in ready. Landlord claimed $125 Carpet Shampooing for pet smell (i paid a $150 non refundable pet deposit to cover such things AND our neighbor has 4 dogs and didn't pay one at all...fair right?)I'm positive the "dog smell" was actually stale water and mold smell, which my wife and I worked really hard to keep cleaned up with our own floor cleaner($100) that we had to purchase.
