This place is ridiculous!!! My mother needed her heart medicine and has been out for days!! They blocked her medicine and she needed an appointment. She scheduled the appointment then. They canceled it! Then they said we will send over the medicine. They didn’t I called multiple times and they still haven’t. Even the pharmacy hasn’t been able to reach them. This is crazy and if my mother gets sick I will sue this office!!!
Completely horrible service, was calling to schedule a single appointment, was placed on hold 3 several times, I was cut off mid sentence to be on hold when explaining the reason for the appointment, a very unprofessional workplace and will be changing my primary to another location.
Andrea did a really great job setting up my appointment, she was very straight to the point, hold time was less than 2 minutes. I recently had trouble setting up an appointment due to another receptionist putting me on hold three different times, yet Andrea worked fast, efficiently and solved my issue in just under 5 minutes.
Calling this place is agonizing. I’ve been on the phone for 40 minutes just to get an automated message prompting me to leave a message and get a respond within 1 business day. This isn’t the only time that this has happened. I haven’t been to the office yet but I can’t imagine how they operate like this on a day to day basis. Everytime l call for an appointment its like 5 or 6 weeks. I am suffering with anxiety and need to see a doctor but they dont seem to be able to squeeze you in. Not only that l rarely get a dr just a nurse practioner, whom l have no issues with, but l need to build a dr patient relationship and l will never be able to do so here. Switching as soon as l can. Edit: Its a bit easier to get seen and they now have an online portal to make an appt. But l still dont feel
