I called to set up an appointment on Friday. The lady who answered the phone told me that the Crozer closing has affected them, but to call on Monday to make sure I can keep this office as my primary care provider now that they have become a part of Penn Medicine. Called over and over all day, even held for nearly 20 minutes and not one person could answer their phones despite their employee telling me what to do. Just trying to verify if my previous doctor is at this practice as listed but no one ever answers the phone and the wait time on hold is horrible. If it weren't for trying to find her I would not become a patient here.
