Had surgery for the first time ever here yesterday. The staff was extremely kind, patient, and addressed all my concerns involving anesthesia. I had shown up a tad bit early and instead of complaining and making a fuss as some people do, they were very understanding. I still had to wait for my scheduled surgery time but they were very nice and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. They have it down to a science honestly. Overall a Good Experience. Had Colonoscopy. Staff was Nice, Dr Chawla was Great. I was Choosing to have No Anesthesia... Lady in Front was LAME and CLUELESS... I HAVE the Option To Not have ANESTHESIA and DRIVE Myself HOME. We are Still HUMAN, And Still have OPTIONS.
Efficient process, but they left me with a pretty nasty burn that no one could explain. I can only assume that it was a chemical burn. Either way, it should have been brought to my attention or steps should have been taken to prevent it from occurring. It's been about 6 weeks and it still has not healed completely.
Almost a year after my surgery I am still receiving "Surprise" bills from this surgery center. After talking with a rep I have to go out of my way to prove to them that the bill was paid by my insurance. After all of the mistakes this billing department has made I should send them a bill for my wasted time! Truly appalling. I will never go back to anything Crozer related as it seems they are just out to rob me with frivolous bills.
