Originally I was seeing Patricia Reid for normal paps annually, so when I became pregnant i decided to continue my OB/GYN needs here because of it being familiar. This was my first GYN visit in four years due to medical PTSD from non-consensual surgery on my genitals. Medicalized female genital mutilation has terrified my nervous system so much that every medical visit feels threatening. Especially GYN. The NP I met with was very kind and understanding. Unprofessional staff, dirty office space and couldn't care less about their patients. When you have a simple question it's 15+ minutes wait just to speak to someone. Nothing but red flags.

The prompt is absolutely ridiculous. It shouldn’t take 10 minutes just to get the department I need. Then this whole department is awful. They say they do things and don’t. I have to call repeatedly. It’s a mess. I hate it here.
