Absolutely disgusted with the professionalism and misinformation. I arrived to my appointment 3 mins late and was turn away because the doctor has a strict rule “not even a minute is allowed” that she just decided to implement with no warning. I came in to check in and the front desk was polite but took a few minutes to get to me because she was on her phone and when she took my information she told me I can’t be seen at all and the best I could do was call back in May to see if I could get seen in June UNBELIEVABLE! Absolutely no help or advise was provided to me when trying to book an appointment and was also mislead information about the waiting list they. Waited a few months to that time I was advised they would see me.. I rang them back and the waiting list was extended further into next year. Receptionist was a disgrace and had little phone manners. Do not recommend.
I am fed up with Crozer. I called two months ahead of time to schedule a yearly checkup for my ob/gyn, and had to wait 4 months to even receive a call, because I had to be put on a waitlist—and when I finally scheduled, it was for an additional 2 months from that point—so 6 months after I was due to be seen. Due to uncontrollable circumstances I had to reschedule, and was told I’d need to be put back on the wait list, which was then scheduling out another 4 months from now. Sorry for writing this, but - even as an established patient - it was difficult to get an appointment - which I was able to schedule only thanks to a top manager from the Patient Experience Office (she deserves 5 stars). Second of all, they made me wait for over 40 minutes inside an exam room without alerting me of possible delays. I understand delays can occur, but it would be nice to be informed.
