The clerk is very unprofessional. The whole waiting room can hear their conversations about patients and their personal conversations. I’ve had pretty good experiences with the techs up until today. There was a negative encounter with one of the techs. But luckily there was one tech who treated my husband well and helped him get through his CT Scan. We would prefer not to come here anymore, but they’re one of the only imaging sites that accept our insurance. If you can find another imaging option, I recommend going somewhere... read more
DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL! You will be lucky if you leave alive! Worst hospital in Delco
• Receptionist doesn’t care to look at the sign-in sheet that we were required to use to check in, she just walks out and says “so who’s next for x-ray?”. It’s literally on the sheet for her to look at. • Receptionist proceeds to hand me a gown and tells me I have to get changed for a chest x ray despite that I was wearing a t-shirt. 5 seconds into changing, the X-ray tech calls for me twice in the locker room, tells me I don’t have to change if I’m not wearing any metal or collared shirt, and that the receptionist is incorr... read more
