Since Christiana owns this now, it’s time I resubmit a review so hopefully another patient can avoid what I went through. Dr. Monica Zietz is hands down the worst physician I have ever encountered and I will never forgive her for what she put me through. I saw her several years ago for “IBS” that I always have suspected was more. She reassured me it was just IBS, I believed her as she’s an “expert”. My wife had two appointments canceled here back to back without being notified of any issue or cancellations. Two wasted trips with her in tears of pain only to be told “You should’ve been contacted”. Damn straight, you should’ve called. She needs to be seen. You people don’t care enough to call if you have to cancel.
Currently waiting 6+ months on a medication. Went into the office back in February of this year. Was seen due to extreme stomach pains that felt almost identical to labor. I left the office being told I would have a prescription to help while I waited for testing. A week later, the pharmacy never got the script. When the pharmacy finally got the prescription sent over by the doctor, they said insurance wouldn’t cover it.
