My experience with Croyland has been appalling. The sales team made it fairly easy for the initial part, but when it came to collecting the car the date and time just kept getting pushed back last minute. Within 48 hours of having the car it was being loaded onto the back of a recovery truck. It was recovered to a garage where it sat for days as it wasn’t actually booked in, I wasn’t even informed of this until having to chase for this information. From the moment I enquired Jamie Burton took the time to listen to what I was looking for and directed me to the right van. His manner was always professional, his communication clear and a really nice guy. Will definitely go back if I need another vehicle.
Had a great experience with Charlie Loveridge recently. He kept in touch via WhatsApp throughout the process (even on his days off!) and even messaged me to check all was OK after driving the car home. Nice touch of the freebie in the boot too! Car prices are competitive at Croyland and they have a great range. Would highly recommend.
Charlie was a huge help with the part exchange and buying our new car. Wasn’t pushy, very patient, helpful on the test drive.
My car was booked in for an MOT & service recently. The customer service & communication I recieced from Lynne on the customer service desk was outstanding. Lynn communicated with me to keep me informed with the work needing to be done & when it would be completed. Well done Lynn & thank you.
