Super happy with Croydon Physio, lovely staff/reception, and knowledgeable and focused Physiotherapists. Riley Nicolas has been really great helping me with my knees with noticeable improvements. I also saw Rhiannon in the past who helped me immensely with shoulder issues. Highly recommend.
I’ve been seeing Rhiannon throughout my rehabilitation journey and she has been absolutely amazing. She is incredibly supportive and always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable. As I am Deaf, clear communication is really important to me, and Rhiannon always ensures I fully understand everything — her communication is thoughtful, patient, and excellent. A great experience all round. Knowledgeable and friendly physio's treating me throughout a post op recovery. All listened to concerns an adjusted treatment accordingly. Reception staff also terrific and extremely helpful. Can't speak highly enough of the whole team there.
Emma has treated all members of my family over the last 15 years or more. Her accurate assessment skills have picked up many serious issues that were missed by other practitioners. She is as effective with rehabilitation as she is with acute conditions. Her observations from my daughter's torn hip labrum led to the eventual diagnosis of severe hypermobility and EDS. The entire team is exceptional, from the friendly, welcoming faces when you walk in, to the physiotherapists who consistently demonstrate outstanding professionalism, evidence-based knowledge, and skill. I have always felt completely confident and safe trusting them with my injuries, and their care has been nothing short of excellent. An outstanding clinic with an incredible team.
