Service and e-safety through Groupon. Sam was fantastic, explaining what needed replacing and why, talking me through all the charges. Was also a quick turnaround. Very happy.
I found the service very disappointing. I asked whether you had a screw for the registration plate, and I was told no. I even offered to pay for it, but again I was told it was not available. I find it difficult to understand how a properly equipped mechanic would not have a standard screw for a number plate. It felt as though the request was dismissed because it was a small job and not financially worthwhile. That was quite disappointing.
Great mechanic and customer service. They picked up long term issues with my car that my previous mechanic never mentioned. Thank you Sam and Kenny for your care and attention to detail.
I had a great experience with Kenny. He was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. The work was done quickly, the pricing was fair, and my car runs perfectly now. It’s hard to find someone you can really trust with your vehicle, but this place definitely earns it.
