Been going here for years. The mechanic’s are brothers and both great guys, and honest. Being a single mum, its hard to find someone i can trust. I have dealt with Ken twice over this the past year m. What i like about him was he called before carrying out the work, so i had the option of going ahead and an explanation of the work being done. My experiences at Croydon Park service centre have been unreal, from the very first time I went there I felt welcomed by Sam & Ken, two brothers who are about honesty, hard work & doing right by there customers. As a business owner with multiple cars on the road, I deal with them often. Such reliable people - anybody that I have referred them too has had nothing but good things to say. I have been bringing my car here for years and won’t go anywhere else. They are professional and reasonably priced. They are honest and upfront about the work they need to complete which is different to other mechanics who under quote and then add irrelevant jobs/charges once the car is in which I know has happened to friends and family. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a reliable mechanic.
Charged me $2000 for a car service. I assume the owner starter working on the car without my approval and said something along the lines of we have already started working on your car and can't stop when I questioned why it was so expensive. (Just a little tip, for someone who is still a student maybe get someone's consent before charging insane prices?) Do not recommend unless you want to be paying $$$$ without a proper explanation. **★☆☆☆☆ One of the worst experiences I've had.** I went to Croydon Park Service Centre about a month ago to fix a flat tyre and requested a simple puncture repair. A few weeks later, I noticed the tyre was losing pressure again — same exact spot, clearly the job hadn’t been done properly. I went back to the shop for clarification and instead of a helpful explanation, I was met with **aggression** from the owner. He accused me of lying and even **threatened to punch me**.
