I’ve been coming here for about 9 years now, and over time Dr. Stefani and the team have truly become like family. Unfortunately, Dr. Chain is no longer here, but I’m so grateful for the care and kindness that continues with Dr. Stefani. The new receptionists are also wonderful—friendly, professional, and always welcoming. Thank you all for your hard work and for always looking after us so well! 🙏🥰
My grandmother has been a patient here for years. She had visited the practice multiple times complaining of abdominal pain and difficulty with opening her bowels. We kept asking for a CT scan or something similar to properly check her GI tract, however the doctors just put it down to constipation and kept giving her medication and referring for useless scans that would show nothing (US, xray). Incredibly disrespectful staff spoke to someone called anyorr on the 2nd of oct at 4:42pm who laughed at me for explaining my frustrations and continually chuckled without hiding it when brought up they acknowledged this. I called in on the 25th of September to book a doctors appointment during which I was adviced my doctor was away and would be back on the 1st of October and can book me in at 1pm. On the 1st of October I advised my manager at work I need to steps aside and wait for a Telehealth appointment that never came. ... read more
