Horrible customer service. Been paying for service and pool turned green. They claim, it’s “not our fault” and “go put shock and algaecide in it” They think it’s perfectly normal for the customer to do the work they are paid for. Minimal effort at best and their prices are not great. I will follow this review up with screen shots of their rude and unprofessional responses to our concerns. And I will be reporting to Better Business Bureau.
