I don't live here but a good friend just moved in and I was impressed with the layout and overall upkeep of the property.
The right property management company is everything, and after researching different apartments in the area, Royse & Brinkmeyer had the best reviews so that was a big factor in our decision to move to Crowwood Pointe! This property itself is in one of the nicest and safest areas of Champaign. It’s very quiet and calm and the grounds are well-maintained and beautiful. Maintenance requests are taken care of ASAP and everyone on the Royse & Brinkmeyer team is so friendly, prompt, and helpful!
I lived with Royse & Brinkmeyer for a couple years back in the late 90's and they were very good at the time. Now, I've lived with them again for the past couple years at Crowwood Pointe and they're even better. Every contact I've had with them has been positive and they do a great job of keeping residents informed. Special kudos to their maintenance staff.
