This public pretender sucks. He says Davis County can enforce a dead person's order that also didn't use their legal name,but can say a 14 year old can be taken from 1 state to another without permission from said court that made the order for parent time, and so on. He also says that a cop can knowingly lie on a police report, not to mention that they can restrict the right to own archary equipment even without any court order saying just that.
