Really horrible experience here which left me in tears. Rude person in reception who answered phone told me they don’t do skin checks there anymore and I would have to go to Toowoomba. So she gave the number of Toowoomba office, the friendly lady there said, she shouldn’t be telling you this, you should go to Crows Nest. So I left it for 5 days then rang crows nest and explained the issue with the rude phone call, she apologised and made an appt for yest 2.15pm.
