Billy at Crow's Nest Cycle went above and beyond for me! I’m an out-of-state buyer looking at a BMW R 1200 GS in Westborough. Billy not only agreed to inspect the bike on extremely short notice, but he personally checked it out (visual inspection, engine sound, and overall condition) and gave me an honest, straightforward opinion. The bike was very clean and clearly well-maintained with no red flags. Even more impressive — he did the entire inspection for free just to help a stranger make a good decision. Billy, the owner of Crow's Nest Cycle, is a fantastic guy, and I was impressed by his personality and deep knowledge of motorcycles. From the moment I rode in on my new-to-me Honda Rebel 500, he checked it out to make sure it was in good order and could pass inspection. We chatted for a few minutes, but I left feeling like I had learned a wealth of good tips and insights as a new rider. I pulled in on a Ho... read more
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at Crows Nest Cycle shop in Westboro. They took care of absolutely everything for my Heritage Classic 114, from ordering the new Michelin tires to mounting them and seamlessly disposing of the old rubber. Their communication was top-notch; they kept me completely in the loop on exactly when the tires would arrive and promptly got them installed the very next day. Thanks for a flawless and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!
Brought my 2022 Softale Heritage to Billy's shop for an Oil change and the service was great. Billy was quick and finished when he said he would. He even went above and beyond checking and adjusting tire pressure and clutch and washed the bike too. I am definitely a repeate customer. Thanks Billy
One of my buddies recommended the Crow's Nest after I told him I needed to find a local shop. I took my bike in for a sticker and an oil change and found out there was another issue that had gone unnoticed. Billy caught it, fit me into his busy schedule, and had everything fixed within a week. The bike is running better than ever. Thanks again! 👊🏼
