Billy at Crow's Nest Cycle went above and beyond for me! I’m an out-of-state buyer looking at a BMW R 1200 GS in Westborough. Brought my 2022 Softale Heritage to Billy's shop for an Oil change and the service was great. Billy was quick and finished when he said he would. He even went above and beyond checking and adjusting tire pressure and clutch and washed the bike too. I am definitely a repeate customer. Thanks Billy

Once I upgraded to an Indian Super Chief - I knew Billy was going to be my go-to mechanic. He knows his stuff, great guy to shoot the breeze with, and provides great service. Today we did an oil + filter, plus sticker, bike was ready before he said it would be. He had my bike showroom ready and I picked up a bottle of the Muc-Off he used to keep up with it! Lucky to have found Billy and Crow's Nest right on 135 in Wboro. I have a 2006 Victory and the local shop in Nboro just closed and Wagner's moved from Woo to Auburn too. Small owner/operator shop and was able to get inspected quickly and get a high-level lookover on the bike in general to plan for what I need to get done next year.
