Great atmosphere, everyone is super friendly and have a good time while working
I’ve genuinely never had a worse experience at a barber in my life. It honestly felt like the person cutting my hair had never held clippers before. The cut was completely uneven, rushed, and made absolutely no sense based on what I had clearly asked for. It went from bad to worse as it progressed, to the point where there was no way to salvage it. My hair is completely ruined. I went to crows nest yesterday to see Olivia, and she is just amazing. She was very attentive, and finished my hair with an awesome product (which I bought in store). My two year old daughter was around us, and between my legs on the chair. And Olivia was very patient and understanding of this situation for me. Very highly recommend her. I will be returning :)
