Michael is the actual plug for the sub-elite and competitive running community in NYC and the Hudson Valley. He now works out of Rhinebeck, NY the majority of the week and is in NYC on Sundays. He's worked on me during several marathon training blocks and it's become a non-negotiable for me to stay healthy and feel fresh. This guy is freakishly talented. I’ve run 20 marathons and have never worked with a massage therapist who is so adept at diagnosing issues and finding effective, targeted solutions. He’s a genius!
Michael is excellent. As a healthcare provider myself, I’ve referred him patients from my dental practice who complain of head and neck soreness. As a member of the South Brooklyn Running Club, he is routinely referred athletes by our members whenever someone needs sports massage, or a preliminary expert opinion on athletic injuries.
I cannot say enough positive things about Michael!! He is knowledgeable and provides amazing advice for self-treatment for when you're not in his studio. His massage technique is effective and I always leave feeling 10000% better than when I arrived. I think every athlete in Brooklyn/Manhattan should be visiting Crow's Massage on the reg! :)
