People who work here make buying a new bike a stressless endeavor. Shop crew are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They have a nice selection of top end bikes (and skis/boards) with prices to fit your budget or to blow out your wallet whichever you are wanting. You can demo bikes to get a feel first, and have that price taken off the top of your purchase, but I got such a good deal on a new "old stock" Devinci Marshall so I just pulled that trigger. I started a ride near this shop and started having front derailleur issues. I stopped in and they got me up and running in <10 min.
After new ownership this shop lacks what all the other local bike shops provide which is honest service. I brought my bike in and they charged $20 for a literally 1 minute job which involved tightening one screw. I was shocked as true local shops like Sunnyside, Hutch's, Pine Mountain ect would have done this for free and this is from first hand experience.
