I recently got a sew in here on Saturday and I will say that the owner is knowledgeable and she was WONDERFUL with my children. The con: I felt chastised for having short hair based on the feedback I received. Also, it cost me $495.00 for 2 bundles and a frontal at this salon. However, due to excessive itching I had to take it down which is disappointing. The positive: I will be buying my wigs from Amazon moving forward lol. I will NOT return to this salon and I DON’T recommend!
I had an amazing experience at Crownz & Tresses. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and very well-organized. The Desiree was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure my unit was done exactly how I wanted it. As a young Black girl, who didn’t know much about her natural hair; this shop will make you fall in love with the hair you once didn’t know how to take care of. I am so appreciative of the staff, especially Desiree, in aiding in my hair appreciation journey. It’s such a welcoming and supportive environment/community they have all made, especially for the customers.
