As a young Black girl, who didn’t know much about her natural hair; this shop will make you fall in love with the hair you once didn’t know how to take care of. I am overwhelmingly happy & grateful that I found DezRay. When I called and spoke with her before my consultation, I told her about my alopecia and she ask for me to send pictures of the wigs I like. When I arrived to my appointment she had the wigs prepared. She measured my head and then I tried them on, I them. It was a hard decision so I purchased both. I recently got a sew in here on Saturday and I will say that the owner is knowledgeable and she was WONDERFUL with my children. The con: I felt chastised for having short hair based on the feedback I received. Also, it cost me $495.00 for 2 bundles and a frontal at this salon. However, due to excessive itching I had to take it down which is disappointing. The positive: I will be buying my wigs from Amazon moving forward lol.
Wig Install was SLAYED, Andrea was quick and professional.
The owner was extremely knowledgeable and nice when I called. Nicole washed and retwisted my locs so fast and neat. Getting so many compliments ☺️
