I have been attending this practice for more than 6 years with two children and both of my pregnancies. I cannot fault the care as a nurse attending a medical practice. I have seen my doctor and other GPs when mine was unavailable and they have all been wonderful and pleasant.
I cant expresss enough how much i dislike this practice. From the rude, entitled and condescending doctors, to the short, impatient and completely unsympathetic receptionists. You do realise you are running a medical practice right? Where people at their most vulnerable are coming to get help?? And not to mention you are charging them for this help, in a country where we are supposed to have free health care? So what exactly are you charging us for? For you to be horrible to us? You don't want to be the 'wrong' ethnicity walking into this practice. You'd swear I was going to hold up the practice.
