I cant expresss enough how much i dislike this practice. From the rude, entitled and condescending doctors, to the short, impatient and completely unsympathetic receptionists. You do realise you are running a medical practice right? Where people at their most vulnerable are coming to get help?? And not to mention you are charging them for this help, in a country where we are supposed to have free health care? So what exactly are you charging us for? For you to be horrible to us?
