Please don't trust this Travel agent Crowne Travels they are scammer . They will keep lying to you . It's very easy for them to take you money but hard to returning . I purchased a umrah package for me my son and daughter. Qatar air way cancel all the fight for the month of march due to the Middle East conflit and Qatar airway said on the website the will process all the refund in 10 Years the agent Abid Hussain said Qatar air will refund 1month to 4 months Which is totally different.
