I took my Dodge Charger in for the famous “HEMI Tick.” I was stressed out about the situation, so I called and talked to Desiree. She relieved me of the stress and said Crowns Corner Mechanic could handle the situation. If I can rate the customer service, it would be 100/10. Found my lifelong mechanic.
My mother took her gmc here after failed attempts of fixing the issue with another local shop, so after I saw the reviews of this one and being raised by a single mom I wanted to support a local shop ran by a mom! and I can’t even explain how awesome they were my mom has been through the ringer with that car but they were extremely helpful and honest highly recommend this shop. Will be back hopefully for less serious issues in the future.

Crown's Corner Mechanics is an amazing establishment. I initially took my Cadillac truck in needing to replace timing components which turned out to be only part of the problem. I ultimately settled on just replacing my engine. Throughout this entire process the owner Desiree has been very hands-on with answering all questions and has kept me up to date on each step of the process.
