If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Crowns Corners turned a nightmare into a blessing. After another shop charged me over $2K for a part I didn’t need and on top of that made my car worse, I was left devastated & still without answers. My car had been running when I brought it in, but after weeks of guesswork and costly “diagnosing,” it wouldn’t start at all. Their final suggestion? Desiree was absolutely amazing. I don’t know much of anything about cars and she was so patient in explaining what was wrong, what I needed, and what my options were. She was also incredibly communicative through the process and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again.
