I walked in to the shop one day without an appointment and Desiree made time for a consultation. I told her that I was upgrading my brake system and wanted to check my suspension before adding new wheels. She advised me what my next steps should be and pointed me in the right direction. At the time the metro area was shutting down for the winter storm and she was unable to schedule me. As soon as they were back up and running she text me and handled my brake service personally. If you’re looking tor a trustworthy Machanic that has a strong passion for what she’s doing, look no further. Desiree and her son worked on my truck and they made sure to look at every detail to make sure my truck was good to go. She took her time to break things down for me so that I would understand my truck more. What I appreciate the most is her honesty, devotion to her craft and her wealth of knowledge.
I originally saw different post on social media showing off the great work they do only to find out not only are they located in my city but only 10 minutes away from me. All I can say is; This Woman is EVERYTHING SHE THINKS SHE IS AND THEN SOME! I removed my 2019 JEEP wrangler Sahara 2.0 from the dealership after going back and forth to them THREE TIMES without the problem being resolved. I scheduled an appointment with Crown’s Corner Mechanics instead. I had a Check Engine Light, Rough Idle and the Temperature Gauge was running high.
