I called because I’m interested in fixing my vehicle and for the time being I’m not able to drive my vehicle to the location for inspection. Just amazes me how instead of being like “sorry you need to bring the vehicle in we cannot help you”. If I was this business owner I would have been like “let’s do this another way. Here’s my email address go ahead send me pics of all the damage areas of the vehicle and also a video of the whole vehicle and I’ll work on getting you a quote”.
