We heard of Crowing Touch in 1999 when moving from NY to VA. Because of their climate controlled storage in Roanoke we hired them for our NY move as well as storing our household goods for 18 months. They were fabulous. It's now August, 2020 and we contacted Linda to move us from VA to NC. The move went perfectly. Nate and his crew were professional, courteous and our furniture arrived in perfect condition. We highly recommend them. Thank you so much!
This company is a huge rip off. I can't believe that they have such little heart for people. My mother-in-Law passed away, and they estimated her belongings at $4000, they agreed to take her stuff on consignment and take half. Ok, we agreed. They agreed to move her things to the wearhouse for $400. they charged us almost double that on the day of the move. I talked to Linda, the owner, and she said she'd take care of it.
