This is a very High Quality establishment. Excellent Customer Service. Making an appointment was very easy. Calendar update sent to your email as well as reminder texts. GPS took me to the right location. Enviorment very peaceful and stress free. Safe and comfortable experience. I was not satisfied with my massage. My massage therapist was changed at the last minute and there were no personal messages/notification to informed that the location changed. My massage therapist was nice but she was rough and provided unclear instructions. The sheets smelled old and the room was freezing. I had to remind her multiple times that was light pressure, I dont like the pinching movements, or that hurts…for her to say “you are very tight”.
