Going back to the gym after 3 years was not easy. Crowned Fit instructors are welcoming, ready to adjust an excercise if too difficult and SUPPORTIVE throughout the class! Thank you

I have been at Crowned fit for about three weeks now and I am noticing a difference already! The team of instructors and managers are so great in their ability to coach and work with my restrictions and limits to get the attention that is needed and very much appreciated for me! I’m supper excited to continue being at crowned fit! I highly recommend this team to and gym for all women!

At the referral of a client who spoke so highly of Crowned Fit, I signed up for the trial 2-week special and attended my first (two!) classes today. Crowned Fit is in a super convenient location and is beautiful inside. Their class sign-up and app are very easy to use. The coaches and members are incredibly welcoming and encouraging. The class offerings are plentiful and offer a great workout! I'll be continuing and highly recommend!
