I need weight resistance to try to slow or reverse osteoperisis. The workout I get at Crowned Fit provides for me a safe solution.
I only started here a few weeks ago because I was tired of figuring out workouts on own and absolutely love it! The classes are great and runs in series, so you never plateau and get bored. The coaches are all wonderful, as the push you and motivate you to become your best self! I'm so glad I made the leap to try this place out because it an amazing place with an amazing community.
First, the place is so clean. The staff greeted me showed me around. The classes have changed my life, their support showing you workout options, meal plans and one on one sessions as well. If I could rate them higher I would! Thank you Shannon and your amazing team.
Going back to the gym after 3 years was not easy. Crowned Fit instructors are welcoming, ready to adjust an excercise if too difficult and SUPPORTIVE throughout the class! Thank you
