I want to start by saying that I am a very kind person by nature and strongly against leaving negative reviews. I hate to write this, because they are nice people and others seem to have good luck with Crowne, but I unfortunately have had a very poor experience working with them. I have been a business owner for 11 years. For 9 of those 11 years, I haven't received a single IRS or State penalty letter. During the two years I worked with Crowne, I received at least 19 letters about late filing, missed monthly withholding payments, or incorrect amounts being paid. 3 years ago, my wife and I thought we were going to have to pay a considerable amount to the IRS due to income from our very small business that we do from our home. Long story short, Chris showed us the magic of an experienced tax accountant which allowed us to get a surprisingly nice refund from Uncle Sam. We will always use Crowne.
They do the tax returns for our personal as well as business. They understand the complexities of our family partnership, LLC's and our personal situation. I have learned to be patient, and wait for a call back. Leonard Lee
