Don't stay at this hotel for more than one night. They only provide mineral water for the first day. They say that's a rule from the hotel management. They also don't have a bellboy, so we have to carry our own luggage. This is not a 4-star hotel service.
Our amazing stay, we were first greeted by Gabi, who was absolutely lovely, friendly and very helpful. We got to our room which was great , I thought we had booked a room with more of a view of the beach, don’t get me wrong the views and room were fantastic. To my surprise the following day my husband had been down at reception talking to Kunal, well what a wonderful gentleman! We can’t praise these guys enough , we had a nightmare start to our stay as we booked online with what we thought was a great deal. Turns out it was a scam . But the staff here went above and beyond to help us book another room without any hassle . We can’t thank you enough for making our stay memorable 🩷🩷
We had a booking of 9 people, 3 rooms. So happy with our room, the amazing pool, buffet breakfast was so affordable and great veriety. Staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The cleaners were great too. Perfect location right out the front of the light rail, only 10cent to get in the heart of surface and only 5 min. We will definitely be back.
