I checked out from Room 2308 on Oct 4. Dani at the front desk was very kind and professional — this is not about him at all. But my stay turned out to be a bad experience. I was bitten by bugs, saw two on the bed and several on the desk, and have video evidence. My body was covered in red swollen marks. Also, my $100 deposit hasn’t been refunded and no one replies to my emails. I hope the hotel will fix the hygiene issue and process my refund soon.

We stayed on the 17th floor nice views from room balcony but unfortunately air-conditioning in the whole complex doesn’t work too good. Hard for people to handle when not from a warm area.

My friends and I booked 4 nights at Crowne Plaza and ended up checking out after the first night because the experience was genuinely unpleasant. We had requested early check in and were told we’d receive a call when the room was ready, so we spent the day at Pacfair to wait. 6 hours later, we still hadn’t heard from anyone and had to follow up ourselves.
