We had a fabulous time staying at this property- rooms are spacious and the Jr. Suite sea view rooms really spacious and wow- front office staff Judith and house keeping team has been extremely courteous and welcoming- well recommended 🤞
Disappointing Experience I specifically booked a room away from the lift because I wanted a quieter stay, but we were given one of the rooms closest to the lift, which was very disappointing. We also paid extra for an ocean-view room, but unfortunately there was no clear ocean view from our room. Considering we paid an additional amount for this feature, I expected the room to match what was advertised and what we booked. No Hospitality...staff is very rude ..room service is almost 1 hrs delay..no room service ..
Very poor hospitality, they dont lession to any one.very rude employees. I am staying for two days but not suggest anyone. They are not allowing parking
