Had an excellent stay at Surfers Paradise. A special thank you to Kunal for your true hospitality, warm, and genuinely caring. Our stay at Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise had a difficult start, but improved as it went on. We initially booked a standard room through Agoda, and unfortunately the room and surrounding corridor did not reflect the photos advertised. The hallway carpet appeared very worn and stained, and there were visible signs of age such as peeling wallpaper. The overall condition felt extremely dated and quite confronting on arrival. The reception staff dani was really receptive and welcoming as he introduced us the local delicacies and activities to do and was very patient with our requests.🧡
What an amazing mid week experience! Our room was on the 21st floor, the staff helped make a birthday 🎁 celebration so wonderful delivering a cake at the time I had asked as a surprise for the birthday boy. Such beautiful views at such a great price!! I recommend anyone wanted a mid week winter break to go….
Danny and Gabby are very helpful, always have a smile and are happy to do the best they can for their guests. They are very kind and genuine, location and stay are very comfortable and always clean
