Friendly and easy check in, very nice looking hotel looks clean on outside and hallways..room was nice AC didn’t work in my room luckily it wasn’t a hot day, was shocked when i woke up to find a roach in the room near the coffee machine (was really looking forward to that cup of coffee)
worst hotel in my life - no water, no fridge, coffee machine doesn’t work, phone doesn’t work, breakfast not included … poor customer service, not welcoming …
