Currently under renovation, so renovated (quite nicely) rooms are interspersed with rooms under renovation and attendant noise.
This is usually my go-to hotel when I go New York for a visit. But I'd have to say I was heavily disappointed and I don't think I will ever stay again. I had no hot water. There was ants in my bathroom. The room smelt like a blueberry something vape. And there was people walking around with hazmat suits on so I'm not sure if I should be concerned or not. We came here unexpectedly as we had damage to our home. Everyone was very helpful and the room was great. We ate several nights at the restaurant and the food was delicious. They also accommodated our dietary restrictions. The location is convenient being so close to everything and we enjoyed our stay.
